Auntie L's Place We are a Christian ministry whose purpose is to: Glorify God, Spread the Word, Lead the Lost to Jesus, and Build up the Body of Christ. We do this by worshipping God, sharing our faith, upholding one another in prayer, and studying and sharing The Word of God. As "the Salt of the earth" we seek to season our world with the saving power of the Gospel. As the "Light of the world" we endeavor to dispel the darkness with the Light of Jesus' Love & Truth. In the many facets of our lives we seek to Daily Walk the Talk. Therefore, we also strive to be Responsible Christian Citizens in our Homes, our Churches, our Communities, our Cities, our States, and our great Nation. ALL Are Welcome We are a Cross-Denominational Ministry <> We believe that True Christians are One regardless of denominational preference. Just before going to the Garden of Gethsemane Jesus prayed for all us, "Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on Me through their word; that they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me." John 17:20-21 Though we may have some differences in secondary doctrinal points we can embrace one another "as one" in our Core Beliefs. To God Be ALL The Glory. A fair summary of WHAT WE BELIEVE is stated in the "APOSTLES' CREED" "I believe in God, the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth; and in Jesus Christ, His only Son our Lord; who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead, and buried: the third day He rose from the dead; He ascended into heaven, and sitteth at the right hand of God the Father Almighty; from thence He shall come to judge the quick and the dead. "I believe in the Holy Spirit; the holy body of Christ, the communion of saints; the forgiveness of sins; the resurrection of the body; and the life everlasting." |
